Job Description
Conference and Events Manager leading planning and execution of events for Alpha USA. Overseeing logistics, staff, and partnerships to deliver high-quality gatherings.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the planning and execution of Alpha USA’s flagship gatherings
- Responsible for coordinating the planning, logistics, and operational delivery of national and regional events
- Works collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Focuses on the implementation and day-to-day management of event planning processes
- Oversees event-related staff or contractors
- Regular travel to support on-site event execution
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing large-scale events
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Independent self-starter with strong follow-through
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with technology and digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to hospitality
