Job Description

Conference and Events Manager leading planning and execution of events for Alpha USA. Overseeing logistics, staff, and partnerships to deliver high-quality gatherings.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the planning and execution of Alpha USA’s flagship gatherings
  • Responsible for coordinating the planning, logistics, and operational delivery of national and regional events
  • Works collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Focuses on the implementation and day-to-day management of event planning processes
  • Oversees event-related staff or contractors
  • Regular travel to support on-site event execution

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing large-scale events
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Independent self-starter with strong follow-through
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with technology and digital platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to hospitality
