Job Description

Senior Product Manager leading strategy and innovation for Website Builder and Funnel Builder Analytics at HighLevel, an AI-powered business operating system for SMBs.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a long-term strategy for HighLevel's Website Builder, Funnel Builder, and Tracking Events.
  • Align the roadmap with customer needs, business goals, and emerging market trends in web creation and analytics.
  • Lead discovery, research, requirements, prioritization, execution, and iteration across all builder and analytics capabilities.
  • Conduct user interviews, analyze behavioral data, identify user pain points, and convert insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Define event taxonomy, enhance tracking systems, and evolve analytics dashboards to help users understand traffic, conversions, and on-page behavior.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, GTM, and support teams to drive execution, uplift user activation, and deliver high-quality features on schedule.
  • Improve speed, templates, design flexibility, mobile responsiveness, AI-assisted features, media management, and plugin/widget capabilities for funnels and websites.
  • Present product plans, progress, and updates. Act as a subject matter expert for builder and analytics functionalities across internal teams and with customers.
  • Define and monitor product metrics such as adoption, activation, conversion events, performance, and engagement. Use data to size opportunities and validate outcomes.
  • Work on solutions that help agencies scale—bulk actions, reusable components, collaboration capabilities, white-label optimizations, and AI-powered enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, website builders, marketing tech, analytics platforms, or similar domains
  • Strong understanding of website creation tools, funnel builders, conversion optimization, and digital marketing workflows
  • Experience building LLM-based or AI-driven products and familiarity with evaluation frameworks, monitoring, or instrumentation
  • Experience with data pipelines, analytics, or telemetry
  • Strong UX and front-end sensibility
  • Familiarity with user behavior tracking (clicks, scrolls, heatmaps, form submissions, media events, etc.)
  • Strong UI/UX sensibilities and ability to work closely with designers
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex frontend + backend product builds
  • Exposure to or interest in AI-driven workflows, LLM-powered assistants, and generative UI systems
  • Proven ability to drive strategy, prioritize effectively, and deliver with ownership
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
