Job Description
Conference Support Administrator with Tahaluf managing budgets and Excel tasks for events in Saudi Arabia. Requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel as part of a flexible remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Use exceptional Excel skills to manage v-lookups, pivot tables & financial reporting
- Maintain budget tracker on ERP for Content and Sales team
- Handle conference speaker-related payments (honorariums, speaker fees, reimbursements)
- Manage event expenses and invoice payments for logistics suppliers/vendors
- Maintain records and databases related to speakers and vendors’ payments
- Create and maintain accreditation guide if applicable
- Upload conference content on digital event platform
- Provide general administrative support to the conference team
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with v-lookups, pivot tables & financial reporting
- Communication skills
