Job Description

Conference Support Administrator with Tahaluf managing budgets and Excel tasks for events in Saudi Arabia. Requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel as part of a flexible remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Use exceptional Excel skills to manage v-lookups, pivot tables & financial reporting
  • Maintain budget tracker on ERP for Content and Sales team
  • Handle conference speaker-related payments (honorariums, speaker fees, reimbursements)
  • Manage event expenses and invoice payments for logistics suppliers/vendors
  • Maintain records and databases related to speakers and vendors’ payments
  • Create and maintain accreditation guide if applicable
  • Upload conference content on digital event platform
  • Provide general administrative support to the conference team

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
