Job Description
Construction Management Coach helping clients break into construction management roles. Teach and guide in management and technical skills while offering career support for those pursuing freelancing opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Teach core construction management, construction planning, and construction scheduling skills
- Help clients build strong budgeting and cost control practices
- Guide clients on contract negotiation, permit management, safety regulations, site management, vendor management, and sustainability in construction
- Offer resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
- Provide interview prep, networking strategy, and salary negotiation support
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in construction management (as a project manager, site manager, or industry professional)
- A strong track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
- A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth
