Job Description
Provide client support as a Mutual Funds Representative for CIBC, focusing on mutual funds and investments. Engage with clients, determine their needs, and offer suitable investment products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client experience as a Mutual Funds Representative
- Respond to inquiries related to mutual fund and fixed term investments
- Promote CIBC investment products and services
- Build rapport with clients and determine their needs
- Open new Mutual Funds accounts and complete transactions
- Recognize opportunities to engage clients in discussions regarding additional services
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English
- Current MFDA accreditation
- Good standing in The Canadian Securities Course (CSC)/Canadian Investments Funds Course (CIFC)
- Ability to engage with clients and determine their needs
- Knowledge of mutual funds and investment products
