Job Description

Content Creator & Social Media Specialist responsible for social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement in dynamic environment. Seeking motivated individuals for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day social media marketing activities across all relevant platforms
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a structured content calendar
  • Ensure consistent tone, quality, and brand alignment across platforms
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions
  • Create high-quality static, graphic, and short-form video content
  • Shoot and edit video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form formats
  • Produce and edit content using Adobe Premiere or equivalent software
  • Utilize photography and videography skills for social content
  • Design social graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or equivalent tools
  • Develop storytelling content around Life at Dijital, workplace culture, employee wellbeing, and internal initiatives
  • Conduct regular social media audits
  • Review and analyze monthly performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar content or social media role
  • Proven experience managing Meta platforms, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
  • Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere or equivalent software
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices (Optional)
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization
  • Strong communication skills with clarity and tact
  • Excellent proofreading and editing abilities
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys collaborating across teams
