Job Description

Social Media Strategist managing content strategies and client accounts in a creative marketing agency. Collaborating with teams to deliver impactful social media campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute social media strategies aligned with client goals
  • Build and manage monthly content plans and posting schedules
  • Write captions and provide clear content direction across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency setting
  • Coordinate with internal creative, video, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Communicate professionally with clients and guide them through content plans and timelines
  • Monitor post performance and basic analytics to inform optimizations
  • Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices and apply them appropriately
  • Maintain organization, deadlines, and quality across all assigned accounts

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Strong written communication and caption-writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working inside SOPs, templates, and structured workflows
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with social media management or analytics tools is a plus (Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
