Job Description
Content Designer especialista criando narrativas de interface e experiências conversacionais para a Stone, empresa brasileira de tecnologia financeira. Conduz pesquisa, testes de hipótese, métricas e decisões estratégicas de produtos.
Responsibilities:
- Write for interfaces and other content channels.
- Design cohesive, consistent, and efficient narratives with little or no direction.
- Help define the business vision for multiple products within the tribe.
- Lead the discovery process of customer journeys using advanced research techniques and exploratory data analysis.
- Directly influence the tribe's roadmap.
- Translate solutions into hypothesis tests.
- Coordinate and facilitate interactions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility of the process.
- Shape strategic decisions within the tribe.
- Drive and validate the success metrics used.
- Validate initiative prioritization based on outcome KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience and has led a project that was launched in a market.
- Works on ambiguous problems without predefined scope that require difficult prioritization, balancing deadlines and quality.
- Serves as a reference for decision-making regarding solution details.
- Helps the team solve problems with ill-defined scope and participates in discovering solutions.
- Provides suggestions and constructive feedback, disseminating technical knowledge within the team.
- Builds the tactical direction for their area from the organization's strategy.
- Defines and coordinates collaborative interactions across the tribe, building trust and exercising strong influence.
- Is a reference for effective communication in the tribe, practicing active listening, synthesizing information, and encouraging diverse ideas.
- Translates and communicates the rationale behind design decisions highly effectively.
- Nurtures and maintains harmonious and effective relationships, primarily within the tribe.
- Coordinates and facilitates interaction with stakeholders.
- Use generative AI tools, focusing on Claude and Gemini, to optimize, structure, and scale Content Chat / Conversational Design flows and processes.
- Develop, test, and refine advanced prompts to ensure tone of voice, clarity, and efficiency in conversational flows.
