Job Description

Content Producer driving B2B narratives and AI-content production at Kindgeek. Manage LinkedIn outreach and content strategy for innovative AI agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the content pipeline across social channels (LinkedIn as the primary focus)
  • Generate, adapt, and scale content using AI tools (ideas, variations, formats, distribution)
  • Turn internal expertise into strong B2B content narratives
  • Coordinate subject matter experts (interviews, insights, inputs, reviews)
  • Run LinkedIn outreach: identify relevant founders, operators, and decision-makers; initiate first contact and conversations; drive engagement around product insights and content.
  • Continuously test content formats and double down on what works
  • Improve content strategy based on performance and feedback loops.

Requirements:

  • Experience in content creation, SMM, or growth marketing (B2B is a strong plus)
  • Strong user of AI tools in daily content production
  • Excellent English writing skills (B2B/LinkedIn tone)
  • Comfortable communicating with external experts and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a growth and outbound channel
  • Ownership mindset: you don’t wait for tasks, you create opportunities.
  • Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS/fintech/tech environments; Understanding of growth marketing principles; Experience managing personal or company LinkedIn pages; Ability to build systems, not just produce content.
