Job Description
Creative Producer shaping game concepts, scope, budgets, and creative vision for a global gaming services hub. Guiding design, art, and release planning from ideation through development.
Responsibilities:
- Assess incoming opportunities and lead early ideation with Game Design, Art, Tech, and Production
- Translate client needs, audiences, themes, and commercial goals into viable product direction, core experience, and scope
- Define ballpark budgets, timelines, resource needs, feasibility, and dependencies with the Project Manager and discipline leads
- Present proposals, trade-offs, and recommendations to client-facing and business stakeholders
- Guide the high-level GDD and creative vision across the core loop, features, content, player experience, and visual direction
- Facilitate design and art reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- Partner with the Project Manager on release plans, milestones, review gates, and scope decisions
- Maintain alignment between business stakeholders and the delivery team throughout development
- Communicate decisions, progress, and required trade-offs clearly
Requirements:
- Around five years of experience in game design, creative production, game production, or a comparable role with meaningful ownership of gameplay and creative quality
- Strong hands-on game design background
- Ability to shape core loops, systems, features, progression, content, and overall player experience
- Experience creating or reviewing high-level GDDs and creative briefs
- Strong visual judgment
- Ability to review art direction, UI/UX, concepts, and production assets and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- Practical knowledge of game development across Design, Art, Tech, QA, and Production
- Ability to assess feasibility and release needs with relevant leads
- Experience communicating with clients, partners, or business stakeholders
- Ability to translate commercial objectives into an executable product direction
- Strong facilitation, decision-making, organization, documentation, and communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Ability to work autonomously across functions alongside an established Project Manager
- Preferred: experience in external, co-development, or client-led game production, particularly with licensed IP, branded entertainment, or trend-led concepts
- Preferred: familiarity with mobile, web, free-to-play, casual, or hybrid game development and end-to-end release planning
- Preferred: familiarity with prototyping, market and competitor research, and AI-assisted tools
