Job Description
Contract AR Analyst responsible for improving AR metrics in a video commerce company. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns on billing and contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Review weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports to prioritize outreach
- Contact new customers to confirm billing information
- Contact and follow-up with customers with past due invoices to request payment statuses and provide solutions with the Accounting team and customer
- Document customer contacts and collection efforts
- Communicate with internal staff regarding customer concerns and issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Technical and have used or can learn various B2B software (Sage Intacct, Salesforce)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated team player with a customer-centric approach
