Job Description
SAP FICO AR Specialist focusing on Accounts Receivable processes and financial reporting. Fully remote position with a multinational company utilizing advanced SAP technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and streamline end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes within the SAP FICO module.
- Oversee and maintain the integrity of customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing, posting, and cash allocation.
- Proactively investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and billing disputes.
- Monitor aged debt, drive collections strategy, and perform comprehensive account reconciliations.
- Deliver key deliverables and reconciliations to support timely month-end close cycles.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and various business units.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in core Accounts Receivable processes and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP FICO (prior experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly advantageous).
- Strong command of ledger reconciliations, collections, and credit/dispute management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full professional proficiency (both written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
