Job Description
Talent Sourcer for fast-growing B2B SaaS company in data management space. Executing sourcing strategies for Go-to-Market sales positions while delivering a great candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own sourcing strategy and execution for Go-To-Market (GTM) sales positions, including Enterprise Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Enablement professionals
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through various channels and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ATS, personal network, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via GoogleMeet or Zoom
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
- Track and report sourcing metrics to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) sales recruitment as a sourcer, or internal recruiter, preferably at a high-growth technology company
- Proven success with sourcing for Enterprise Account Executives and Business Development Representatives for B2B SaaS companies, or similar organizations
- Strong understanding of skill sets, job functions, and industry trends
- Manage relationships and expectations with internal stakeholders
- Experience with developing effective outreach campaigns to candidates
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
