Job Description
Regional Project Coordinator overseeing field teams for audits in the Caribbean. Ensuring operational compliance, data quality, and process efficiency with effective project management.
Responsibilities:
- Liderar y supervisar equipos de campo en distintos países.
- Garantizar la calidad y precisión de la información recolectada.
- Monitorear KPIs y dar seguimiento al desempeño de los proyectos.
- Coordinar procesos operativos y administrativos del personal externo.
- Servir como enlace entre equipos regionales y áreas internas.
Requirements:
- Profesional o estudiante de término en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
- Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos, Trade Marketing o auditorías de campo.
- Experiencia liderando equipos.
- Inglés avanzado indispensable.
- Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel
- Manejo de power BI.
