Job Description

Creative Copywriter partnering with art director to develop campaigns for CPG brand. Writing across multiple channels and pushing creative boundaries in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Concept, write, and execute creative across a wide range of channels: social, digital, TV, AR, branding, packaging, experiential, print, OOH, and more
  • Partner closely with an art director to develop bold, ownable creative ideas
  • Turn loose ideas into smart, compelling, consumer-facing campaigns, writing copy that communicates the big idea, is platform-specific, and engages audiences
  • Translate brand and business strategy into compelling narratives and materials
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Social, and Retail
  • Push work beyond “expected” while keeping it grounded and executable
  • Help define, sharpen, and raise the bar for how the brand sounds and feels
  • Proactively explore and lean into the latest and greatest creative tools and technologies to continue to push the creative boundaries, while making sure efficiency is key

Requirements:

  • ~5–8+ years of experience as a Copywriter
  • A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, strategic insights, and executional range
  • Experience working in an Art Director + Copywriter partnership
  • Comfort flexing across mediums, from packaging to experiential to campaigns
  • Familiarity with creative software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office
  • Curiosity and comfort using AI tools for creative exploration and mockups
  • Strong versatility in writing styles, storytelling instincts, and attention to detail
  • Collaborative by nature
  • Confident without ego
  • Experience with CPG, startups, or fast-growing brands is a plus
