Job Description
Coronary District Manager leading sales efforts in the Coronary portfolio across US territories. Partnering with region leadership and fostering key customer relationships in medical sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive achievement of revenue and market share goals for the Coronary portfolio across an assigned district
- Develop and execute strategic business plans
- Build high-performing sales teams
- Foster key customer relationships
- Partner closely with region leadership to deliver against broader cardiovascular sales and marketing objectives
- Cultivate a culture of excellence
- Champion product quality, operational rigor, and customer-centric innovation
- Empower teams to speak up, take ownership, and deliver impactful results that advance patient care and business performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of medical sales experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of medical sales experience
- Preference will be given to local qualified candidates and candidates with Medtronic experience
- Successful medical sales record, preferably with pacing or stent products
- Experience with sales and personnel management functions
- Knowledge of pacing or interventional cardiology customer base
- Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services or related areas
