Job Description
Manager d'une équipe d'ingénierie pour les systèmes d'information dans le secteur des transports publics. Leader d'un projet d'évolution et de modernisation des systèmes au service des voyageurs.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the team and manage daily operations
- Continuously develop team cohesion and performance
- Support the development and empowerment of your team members
- Oversee production and the quality of your team's deliverables and approve technical solutions (quality, cost, schedule, industrial strategies)
- Ensure compliance with company and engineering regulations and methodologies
- Conduct technology watch and stay informed of developments in the field
- Optimize and manage the budget
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in industrial IT/industrial computing or telecommunications
- At least 5 years’ experience in industrial IT, systems engineering, and team management
- Autonomous with strong adaptability, responsiveness, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail, sense of priorities, responsibility, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service oriented mindset
