Job Description
Corporate Designer evaluating and refining AI-generated decks, documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs for Mercor. Shaping polished knowledge-work outputs used to train frontier AI models.
Responsibilities:
- Compare AI-generated versions of the same deliverable
- Score deliverables across layout and spacing, typography, colour, domain realism, and polish
- Rework the strongest candidate to reference quality
- Provide clear justifications tied to specific layout evidence
- Apply design judgment to corporate client materials
- Help train and enhance AI systems through human expertise
Requirements:
- Background as a designer, marketing/comms professional, or knowledge-work specialist
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate design, agency work, or marcom
- Ability to identify subtle layout inconsistencies, including alignment gaps, unequal card heights, dead space, and margin issues
- Strong judgment about quality in business deliverables
- Ability to articulate design judgments in writing
- Resume submission
- Completion of the approximately 45-minute Corporate Designer calibration assessment
- Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
