Job Description
Experienced Corporate Recruiter managing full recruitment cycles for a remote digital marketing agency. Seeking candidates with strong recruiting backgrounds for corporate roles.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for corporate roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and promote our employer brand.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- HR experience is a plus but not required.
