Job Description
Talent Manager growing creator audiences, negotiating brand deals, and shaping content strategies for Grail Talent, an influencer management agency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage creators' careers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize content
- Oversee influencer portfolios and secure brand deals
- Scout and sign emerging and established creators
- Negotiate deals with brands and record labels using in-house software and expertise
- Develop content strategies for clients
- Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and expansion of Grail's talent roster
- Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment
Requirements:
- Familiarity with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda
- Willingness to hustle to get the job done
- Resume and cover letter detailing experience and qualifications
- Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is a bonus
