Job Description

Lead CRM Manager for Redcare Pharmacy driving CRM strategy in Belgium focused on data-driven customer engagement and automation. Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer journey in e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the CRM strategy for the Belgian market with a focus on personalization and automation.
  • Develop the existing customer strategy for Belgium.
  • Achieve revenue targets, plan budgets, and implement CRM measures.
  • Monitor and report on KPI metrics and channel KPIs.
  • Optimize cross-departmental processes.

Requirements:

  • Several years of CRM experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Initial leadership experience.
  • Valuing customer centricity and analytical work.
  • Experience with ESP tools and CDP.
  • Familiarity with print marketing activities.
  • Fluent in English, with Dutch, French, or German as a plus.
