Job Description

CRM Manager driving lifecycle marketing strategies for 3Commas.io, a leading crypto trading firm. Improving activation, retention, and revenue through data-driven lifecycle marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing across email, push, in-app messaging, and automated flows.
  • Design intelligent user journeys tailored to the behavior of crypto traders.
  • Improve activation, increase trading retention, reduce churn, and unlock revenue uplift through segmentation, automation, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Develop and own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies across all customer touchpoints (email, push, in-app, web).
  • Map trader journeys (from first deposit to high-frequency trading) and design behavior-based automation flows.
  • Create segmented communication frameworks based on trading volume, product usage, risk appetite, portfolio holdings, and regional preferences.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to activate new users, retain active traders, and reactivate churned cohorts.
  • Execute continuous A/B and multivariate testing on messaging, incentives, and triggers.
  • Monitor core lifecycle KPIs: activation rate, retention curves (D1/D7/D30), reactivation rate, open/click-through/conversion rates, LTV, ARPU per segment.
  • Translate data insights into actionable campaign improvements and report findings to leadership with clarity and precision.
  • Ensure CRM performance dashboards are maintained and reliable.
  • Maintain clean user segments and list hygiene, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and relevant crypto marketing regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing, or growth automation.
  • Proven experience running CRM campaigns in fintech, trading, or crypto platforms.
  • Hands-on proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or similar).
  • Experience with mobile CRM (push, in-app messaging, dynamic triggers).
  • Strong analytical mindset - able to read funnel data, run cohort analysis, and interpret retention metrics (SQL or basic data querying is a plus).
  • Fluent in English with exceptional clarity in written communication.
