Job Description

Customer Engagement Specialist managing software compliance initiatives. Joining Ruvixx, specializing in intellectual property protection and software asset management across Latin America.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate high-level communications regarding software licensing and compliance via email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Conduct thorough research into case details, analyze usage patterns, and maintain meticulous records within the CRM.
  • Manage compliance leads and employ professional negotiation tactics to resolve licensing discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting workflows and generating performance reports.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in Customer Success, B2B Sales, or Regulatory Compliance.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and experience navigating CRM platforms.
  • A reliable personal laptop, professional-grade headset, and a stable internet connection.
  • Prior experience in software licensing, SAM (Software Asset Management), or anti-piracy (bonus).
