Job Description

Customer Experience Supervisor overseeing customer service department operations at Waste Management. Responsible for staff management and ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the customer service department
  • Providing leadership, support, and development to staff
  • Managing personnel needs including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating employees
  • Enforcing company policies and mentoring team leads
  • Compiling reports, analyzing budgets and financial data

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Supervisory/management skills
