Job Description
Customer Experience Supervisor overseeing customer service department operations at Waste Management. Responsible for staff management and ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations of the customer service department
- Providing leadership, support, and development to staff
- Managing personnel needs including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating employees

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Call center or customer service experience
- Supervisory/management skills
