Job Description
Customer Experience Supervisor managing customer service operations and team performance within Waste Management. Responsible for providing leadership, support, and developing staff to achieve service goals.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations of the customer service department.
- Providing leadership, support, and development to staff.
- Managing personnel needs including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating employees.
- Monitoring and enhancing customer service performance.
- Analyzing feedback and implementing strategies to meet/exceed service goals.
- Enforcing company policies and mentoring team leads.
- Compiling reports and analyzing budgets and financial data.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Call center or customer service experience
- Supervisory/management skills
