Job Description
Customer Onboarding Specialist coordinating project setup for Ameresco, an energy solutions provider. Managing customer, contract, budget, and inspection data across onboarding systems.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Customer, Director of Operations, Sales Manager, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to complete new project onboarding
- Maintain and manage new projects through completion in Smartsheet
- Import customer and project data into AssetPlanner’s Service request support module
- Import contract and budget data into AssetPlanner’s contract planning module
- Create and import inspection templates into AssetPlanner maintenance dispatcher module
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management/customer interfacing roles
- Proven organizational and communication skills
- Experience and proven ability to learn new computer programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solar construction and/or operations and maintenance experience is a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation for data entry, analysis, and reporting
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn other computer applications
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
