Job Description

Customer Project Manager coordinating customer orders and project realizations in Imaging Systems for Philips. Working from home with travels to clients located north of Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales organization in advising on installation options and calculating system implementation costs
  • Manage the complete customer order from order confirmation through project delivery in close coordination with customers, sales, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Create project schedules including project duration and communicate them to project stakeholders
  • Coordinate installation workflows according to cycle time and capacity specifications, involving relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain a daily project forecast, monitor risks to revenue planning and communicate them to Supply Chain Management and the district according to communication guidelines
  • Conduct project reviews after completion, including post-calculation of project costs and initiating corrective actions
  • Ensure entry of quality-relevant project documents into Salesforce.com and the Document Management System (DMS) in accordance with quality guidelines

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in imaging systems
  • Experience in project management
  • PMP certification advantageous
  • Network knowledge
  • Knowledge of relevant product portfolio (X-ray, Cath Lab, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong interpersonal competence
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
