Job Description
Customer Project Manager coordinating customer orders and project realizations in Imaging Systems for Philips. Working from home with travels to clients located north of Frankfurt.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales organization in advising on installation options and calculating system implementation costs
- Manage the complete customer order from order confirmation through project delivery in close coordination with customers, sales, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Create project schedules including project duration and communicate them to project stakeholders
- Coordinate installation workflows according to cycle time and capacity specifications, involving relevant stakeholders
- Maintain a daily project forecast, monitor risks to revenue planning and communicate them to Supply Chain Management and the district according to communication guidelines
- Conduct project reviews after completion, including post-calculation of project costs and initiating corrective actions
- Ensure entry of quality-relevant project documents into Salesforce.com and the Document Management System (DMS) in accordance with quality guidelines
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in imaging systems
- Experience in project management
- PMP certification advantageous
- Network knowledge
- Knowledge of relevant product portfolio (X-ray, Cath Lab, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong interpersonal competence
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
