Job Description

Remote customer service representative supporting legal and identity protection members. Booking travel and managing client relationships as a flexible independent advisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer member questions by phone, text, and email about legal and identity protection benefits
  • Guide new members through onboarding
  • Follow up with prospective members to schedule introductory calls
  • Track conversations and next steps in the CRM
  • Plan and book trips for clients, including flights, hotels, cruises, and excursions
  • Build client relationships and provide support before, during, and after travel
  • Access supplier deals, group rates, and booking tools
  • Manage an independent schedule and client pipeline

Requirements:

  • No previous industry experience required
  • Warm, clear communication skills by phone and in writing
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Reliable home internet connection
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable with commission-based work
  • Strong communication skills and genuine interest in travel
  • Reliable internet access and a home workspace
