Job Description
Customer Service Representative providing support to agents and carriers at BTIS. Managing communications and maintaining customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of routine customer service and support to agents and carriers.
- Answer incoming phone calls with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Document customer information and communicate effectively.
- Complete forms and documents based on guidelines.
- Review and process applications and other documents.
- Organize policy files for proper documentation management.
- Work collaboratively with team members across departments.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent education.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and desk management skills.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Detail oriented to complete tasks accurately.
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
