Job Description
Data management and customer service role focused on Open Enrollment processes for Georgetown University. Involves processing waivers, updating systems, and supporting communications with students and parents.
Responsibilities:
- Data management of all processes for the Open Enrollment period
- Processing waiver approvals via data downloads
- Sending out corresponding emails
- Updating the tracking system with the exceptions
- Updating students’ accounts in Banner
- Other work as assigned
Requirements:
- A BA in business or technology preferred or 5 years of related work experience
- Skilled in Excel and communications both verbally and written
