Job Description

Data management and customer service role focused on Open Enrollment processes for Georgetown University. Involves processing waivers, updating systems, and supporting communications with students and parents.

Responsibilities:

  • Data management of all processes for the Open Enrollment period
  • Processing waiver approvals via data downloads
  • Sending out corresponding emails
  • Updating the tracking system with the exceptions
  • Updating students’ accounts in Banner
  • Other work as assigned

Requirements:

  • A BA in business or technology preferred or 5 years of related work experience
  • Skilled in Excel and communications both verbally and written
