Job Description

Customer Strategy Manager managing DTC partnerships with 10-15 accounts at Quartile. Leading strategy for digital marketing and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Quartile partnerships across midmarket and enterprise accounts
  • Own client communications, leading strategy, and serving as a thought leader
  • Analyze key metrics of online marketing campaigns and present key findings
  • Collaborate with Quartile’s data, strategy and product teams
  • Serve as a strategic partner for clients in digital marketing, e-commerce and retail
  • Evaluate opportunities to grow Quartile’s partnership with customers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an agency environment and/or with e-commerce businesses in a client facing role
  • A proven track record of using data to drive strategic decision making
  • Sufficient to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe, TripleWhale
  • A talented presenter with ability to captivate an audience
  • Capable of solving problems and maintaining a positive outlook
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate
