Job Description
Customer Strategy Manager managing DTC partnerships with 10-15 accounts at Quartile. Leading strategy for digital marketing and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Quartile partnerships across midmarket and enterprise accounts
- Own client communications, leading strategy, and serving as a thought leader
- Analyze key metrics of online marketing campaigns and present key findings
- Collaborate with Quartile’s data, strategy and product teams
- Serve as a strategic partner for clients in digital marketing, e-commerce and retail
- Evaluate opportunities to grow Quartile’s partnership with customers
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an agency environment and/or with e-commerce businesses in a client facing role
- A proven track record of using data to drive strategic decision making
- Sufficient to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
- Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe, TripleWhale
- A talented presenter with ability to captivate an audience
- Capable of solving problems and maintaining a positive outlook
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate
