Customer Success Outbound Advisor at Booksy ensuring satisfaction and retention for B2B clients in Spain. Focuses on proactive client engagement to prevent churn and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • You are a proactive communicator and a natural problem-solver who understands that a successful business is built on long-term relationships and value. As a **Customer Success Outbound Advisor** at Booksy, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our customers in Spain not only succeed with our product but continue to grow their businesses with us. Your mission is to be the vital link for long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • This dynamic role focuses on proactively engaging with customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience, prevent churn, and secure account reactivation through expert outbound communications.
  • **Here’s how you’ll make an impact:**
  • You'll be on the front line of retention, actively reaching out to our B2B clients in Spain who show signs of churn risk and implementing strategies to keep them engaged and thriving.
  • Drive customer value by identifying and acting on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and migration.
  • Be a relationship expert, managing complex customer accounts, conducting satisfaction surveys, and identifying areas for product and service improvement.
  • Own the solution by providing essential product support, managing payment issues, and successfully handling account reactivations.

Requirements:

  • **To ensure you succeed in this role, you’re going to need:**
  • Proven, hands-on experience in customer success, retention/reactivation, sales, or similar B2B roles.
  • Fluency or native Spanish, as you will be working directly with our B2B clients in Spain. Having good English language skills will be an asset.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with a talent for building strong, long-term B2B relationships.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset backed by a positive and proactive attitude, ready to be a true team player.
  • Demonstrable success in organization and time management, balancing proactive outreach with case management.
  • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce, Zowie, and Google Suite.
