Job Description
Customer Success Analyst managing client relationships and enhancing engagement in public bids for Effecti. Responsibilities include nurturing client bonds and growing business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Build friendly and professional relationships with clients;
- Align expectations with clients in your portfolio, identify opportunities and present results (QBR);
- Identify and create business and expansion opportunities;
- Be responsible for client strategy and support, seeking to achieve a high NPS (and handle related follow-ups). Therefore, it is important to ensure excellent service and continuously improve your knowledge during interactions, maximizing value for clients;
- Develop a strategic approach to engage the client portfolio under your responsibility;
- Build a solid relationship with each client and work to maintain the health and stability of those contracts, opening possibilities for expansion;
- Monitor, address, and reverse churn;
- Foster client loyalty through a friendly and productive relationship;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, Public Management, or related fields;
- Good logical reasoning and aptitude for data/information analysis;
- Strong organizational skills to ensure quality in deliverables;
- Experience in customer service within the Customer Success area;
- Professional demeanor to build credibility with diverse client profiles;
- Resilience to handle pressure, client resistance, and multiple demands;
- Good communication skills to be clear and assertive;
- Experience and solid knowledge of public tenders/procurement;
