Job Description

Agentic Customer Success Director at Salesforce guiding enterprise customers in AI adoption and change management. Fostering deep usage of Salesforce platforms and ensuring operational value realization.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable the Customer Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Monitor agent performance telemetry
  • Guide the customer’s Agentic Enterprise journey
  • Proactively manage the roadmap for contracted licenses

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of work experience
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Management Consulting
  • Governance Leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Deep understanding of AI/LLM logic
