Job Description
Agentic Customer Success Director at Salesforce guiding enterprise customers in AI adoption and change management. Fostering deep usage of Salesforce platforms and ensuring operational value realization.
Responsibilities:
- Enable the Customer Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Monitor agent performance telemetry
- Guide the customer’s Agentic Enterprise journey
- Proactively manage the roadmap for contracted licenses
Requirements:
- 8+ years of work experience
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Management Consulting
- Governance Leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Deep understanding of AI/LLM logic
