Job Description

Customer Success Specialist managing customer requests and escalations at TurnPoint. No previous tech experience required; training provided for successful tech integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and running morning meetings
  • Triaging customer requests over email and phone
  • Escalating VIP tickets and resolving client issues
  • Planning projects and ensuring ticket success
  • Championing superior client communication and service

Requirements:

  • Background in customer service
  • Enthusiasm for technology
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM PT
  • Obtain technical certifications as required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
