Job Description
Customer Success Specialist managing customer requests and escalations at TurnPoint. No previous tech experience required; training provided for successful tech integration.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and running morning meetings
- Triaging customer requests over email and phone
- Escalating VIP tickets and resolving client issues
- Planning projects and ensuring ticket success
- Championing superior client communication and service
Requirements:
- Background in customer service
- Enthusiasm for technology
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM PT
- Obtain technical certifications as required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
