Job Description
Customer Success Engineer enabling customers on Specright’s specification-management platform. Configuring Salesforce, integrations, and workflows to drive adoption, ROI, and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to support onboarding, implementations, and ongoing technical success
- Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce and related systems
- Guide customers on configuration, automation, and system design best practices
- Identify technical risks and proactively drive resolution
- Configure and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validations, and automations
- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and data synchronization
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to data integrity, performance, and system behavior
- Maintain solution designs, configurations, and integration diagrams
- Liaise between customers and Product, Engineering, and Support teams
- Provide Product feedback on customer use cases, technical gaps, and enhancement opportunities
- Support pre-renewal and expansion efforts by validating technical feasibility and scalability
- Help customers achieve success metrics and ROI through technical enablement
- Participate in Executive Business Reviews with technical insights and roadmap alignment
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and technical expansion
Requirements:
- Prior SaaS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging or Supply Chain industry experience required
- Minimum 2-3 years in a relevant Customer Engineering Support, Implementation or Success role
- Salesforce.com knowledge required
- Active Administrator credential required
- Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Developer preferred
- Ability to manage multiple customers' task prioritization
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, email and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management with respect to managing multiple projects at once
- Ability to provide technical solutions for medium to high complexity projects
- Fast learner, team player, can-do attitude, highly organized, execution-oriented, problem solver
- Positive and inquisitive attitude
