Job Description
Customer Success Engineer enhancing value for robotics clients using Foxglove tools. Fostering relationships and driving customer enablement in Europe’s robotics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of Foxglove to ~20 of the most impactful robotics companies in Europe, post sales, to ensure they are gaining maximum value from Foxglove.
- Lead executive level engagements and ad-hoc meetings with both senior and junior clients; including going on-site across the robotics industry.
- Drive enablement - understand robotics customers workflows, redesign processes, drive adoption of new workflows to our robotics clients using Foxglove.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our product and engineering teams to advocate for user needs and platform improvements.
- Build and champion the best practices that drive the robotics development flywheel.
- Provide direct support to robotics companies you are focussed on.
Requirements:
- 3+ years working in robotics, autonomy, and/or physical AI with a sound understanding of common robotics development workflows
- 2+ years in client/user facing roles, with the ability to communicate effectively with everyone from IC engineers to C level executives
- 1+ years using Foxglove or a similar visualization tool
- Comfortable using AI tools for business and technical tasks
- Experience writing scripts in Python and TypeScript
- Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and become a platform expert
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys solving ambiguous problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
