Job Description
Customer Success Engineer implementing Edia’s AI-powered K-12 data platform. Leading SIS integrations, data pipelines, and district launches across complex school IT environments.
Responsibilities:
- Execute SIS integrations across PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Synergy, and other legacy platforms, defining data mapping specifications, transformation logic, and validation requirements
- Own SFTP pipeline setup, Clever/ClassLink rostering configuration, SSO provisioning, and platform-level data ingestion workflows
- Write and review data transformation scripts, API integration specifications, and configuration documentation
- Serve as the primary technical interface between Edia’s engineering team and district IT stakeholders
- Identify integration risks and drive engineering solutions before they block go-lives
- Lead full-lifecycle implementation projects from contract signature through go-live
- Manage project plans, technical milestones, dependency mapping, risk registers, and stakeholder coordination
- Manage transitions from Sales to implementation and from implementation to CSM at go-live
- Own internal status cadence across Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success
- Navigate district procurement timelines, IT governance processes, and organizational dynamics
- Guide district stakeholders through technical onboarding and rollout best practices
- Surface adoption risks and drive mitigation plans
- Design implementation playbooks, tooling, templates, and success metrics
- Define when deeper technical engagement is required and help shape the implementation team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- 4+ years in technical implementation, solution engineering, integration engineering, or a closely related technical delivery role in a SaaS or data-intensive environment
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SFTP pipelines, ETL workflows, data mapping, and schema design
- Ability to read and write code such as Python or SQL is a strong plus
- Deep fluency in integration patterns and system architectures
- Experience reviewing API specifications, debugging data pipeline issues, and writing technical configuration documentation
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects on deadline in enterprise or public-sector environments
- Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management discipline, including risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone accountability
- Work authorization in the United States; Edia is currently unable to sponsor or transfer work authorization
