Job Description

Customer Success Manager at Adobe, enhancing customer success and adoption in Digital Media. Build partnerships, deliver presentations, and support Creative Cloud implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain deep product knowledge and customer guidelines across our Creative Cloud suite
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Assist customers in effectively implementing and adopting the product
  • Position Adobe’s complementary products alongside Creative Cloud
  • Ensure customers engage with the entire Cloud portfolio
  • Build and deliver product value presentations to customer collaborators
  • Align with internal collaborators like Account Managers and Sales Specialists
  • Identify opportunities for growth within accounts
  • Gather customer feedback and analyze trends
  • Identify customers with deployment risk and partner with Account Manager

Requirements:

  • Proficient German communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven track record of effectively addressing customer challenges
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or customer success goals
  • Previous experience working as a trusted advisor
  • Familiarity with creative software, including Creative Cloud is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in customer success
  • Proven experience as a self-motivated, collaborative, and responsible professional
  • Resourceful and able to prioritize
  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Available to travel up to 50%
