Job Description
Customer Success Manager empowering scientists across EMEA in utilizing digital tools. Building client relationships and facilitating software adoption for better results.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary guide for customers across EMEA.
- Help them set up, understand, and fully adopt our digital software solutions.
- Create strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Identify what a customer needs to achieve and provide specific training and dashboard setups.
- Anticipate potential issues before they arise.
- Host engaging online training sessions and business reviews.
- Gather real-world feedback from clients to share with our product teams.
- Use data and health checks to track customer software usage.
Requirements:
- A University degree (Bachelors or Masters) in a scientific or technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with SaaS (cloud-based) software.
- Experience working in a scientific laboratory or a similar technical environment is a huge plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, Italian, or German is highly desired.
- Comfortable with Excel and ready to learn new project management tools like Smartsheet.
- Proactive, outgoing and customer oriented.
