Job Description
Customer Success Manager handling client relationships and brand visibility for AVOW in the SEA region. Responsible for client satisfaction and executing local marketing strategies to promote AVOW.
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, providing excellent customer service tailored to Indonesia
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate challenges
- Increase the visibility and recognition of AVOW in the region
- Actively participate in industry events and develop local marketing strategies
- Take ownership of client projects and manage responsibilities independently
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales team and other departments
Requirements:
- Strong background in mobile marketing platforms (MMPs)
- Knowledge of attribution models and OEM advertising strategies
- Approximately 3 years of experience in the industry
- Fluency in English and Bahasa
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical aspects of digital advertising
- Reliable and responsible, able to manage tasks and client interactions with minimal supervision
- Passionate about representing and promoting the AVOW brand.
