Job Description
Customer Success Manager für GWP-Digital und digitale Steuerprozesse. Betreuung von Steuerkanzleien und Mandanten bei fino taxtech, einem Anbieter von Tax-Tech-Lösungen.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers—primarily tax advisory firms and their clients—via email, phone, and digital support channels
- Answer questions about the GWP-Digital product and its digital processes
- Work with customers to find suitable solutions
- Analyze and document support requests
- Handle support requests in a structured and transparent manner
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback with Product and Development teams
- Help optimize support processes and continuously improve service quality
- Work closely with other departments
- Support the ongoing development of customer communications
Requirements:
- Initial experience in customer support
- Ideally, knowledge of the tax advisory market
- Strong service and customer focus
- Friendly, confident, and solution-oriented communication skills
- Willingness to learn about new digital products and technical contexts
- Structured, self-motivated, and independent approach to work
- Fluent German
