Job Description
Customer Success Partner supporting Australian schools implementing 3P Learning’s Brightpath Writing and Maths products. Delivering training, ongoing adoption support, and product feedback to improve classroom outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new schools through virtual calls, possible in-person visits, and teacher and leader training
- Ensure schools understand Brightpath Writing and Brightpath Maths and feel confident using the products
- Monitor school usage and proactively provide ideas, resources, and implementation support
- Deliver tailored in-person or online training sessions for teachers, literacy coordinators, and school leaders
- Gather teacher and school-leader feedback, identify product needs and friction points, and relay insights to the product team
- Maintain regular contact with assigned schools through calls, emails, and check-ins
- Support schools through challenges and help build relationships that encourage renewals
- Travel for local and interstate school visits when required
- Collaborate with team members across Australia and the UK
Requirements:
- Recent classroom teaching experience in an Australian school, or experience in a school leadership role such as literacy coordinator or deputy principal
- Hands-on familiarity with Brightpath Writing through teaching experience or Brightpath training
- Experience training or mentoring other teachers through professional learning, workshops, or coaching
- Comfort with school management systems and cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of maths teaching is helpful
- Knowledge of literacy assessment and pedagogy is desirable
- Experience working with schools on change management or new implementation is desirable
- Familiarity with other 3P Learning products is desirable
- Ability to reside within the greater Perth, Western Australia area is ideal
- Willingness to travel for local and interstate school visits
- Willingness to learn new systems and help others use them
