Job Description

Customer Success Specialist at S&P Global providing insights and facilitating product delivery for client success. Fostering relationships to optimize client objectives in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on your clients: their objectives, needs, and working style
  • Conduct prospective client demonstrations
  • Manage onboarding activities
  • Attend all meetings, compiling recaps and action items to maintain momentum
  • Running status meetings as needed
  • Work with product help desk to obtain and distribute user credentials
  • Coordinate onboarding training(s)
  • Manage follow-up engagements (insights, best practice recommendations, etc.)
  • Run point with internal resources to solve client issues, ensuring themes are communicated

Requirements:

  • University/College Graduate: Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Strong knowledge of, and/or interest in, the Automotive industry
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, driven by organization and efficiency
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
  • The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) and Salesforce applications
