Job Description

Customer Success Specialist at Lassie providing support for pet insurance clients. Engaging in client interactions and optimizing experiences within a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with our customers and respond to their requests and questions (via chat, email, and phone), from 8:00–22:00 Monday to Friday and 9:00–18:00 on Saturday.
  • Provide support to our customers regarding their pets, our insurance products, and policy enrollment.
  • Continuously optimize the customer experience based on customer feedback, in collaboration with other Lassie departments.
  • Participate in exciting projects related to customer satisfaction ✨

Requirements:

  • You have prior experience in customer service, in a veterinary practice/clinic, or in a role with direct customer contact.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You work in a structured and detail-oriented way.
  • You can multitask—both advising customers and supporting internal projects.
  • You are curious and motivated to learn new things.
  • You are flexible, hands-on, and motivated to work in a dynamic environment.
  • You enjoy teamwork and appreciate regular interaction with colleagues (French, Swedish, and German).
  • You have proficient spoken and written French and basic English to communicate with the international team 🌈
