Job Description
Customer Success role ensuring client satisfaction and managing relationships with property owners at Carneiros Temporada in Recife. Responsibilities include client management and property maintenance oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolio
- Mediate interests between the company and business partners
- Manage and resolve requests and owner concerns
- Oversee improvements and purchases
- Provide support to property owners
- Prepare management reports
- Liaise with service providers and suppliers
- Monitor and assist with financial reporting and reconciliations
- Manage and carry out corrective and emergency procedures
- Manage the opening of property maintenance service requests
Requirements:
- Must reside in Pernambuco
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office suite)
- Proven experience in the responsibilities listed for this position
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Benefits:
