Job Description
Customer Supply Chain Coordinator managing customer orders, delivery ETAs, carriers, and warehouse partners. Supporting high-volume supply chain operations for a growing global team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide order status updates and delivery ETAs to customers and carrier contacts
- Validate that orders are transmitted correctly to transportation and warehouse partners
- Enter manual, sample, and other orders accurately into the appropriate systems
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery dates, carrier assignments, and order details
- Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouse partners, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues
- Manage a high volume of emails and provide clear, professional, and timely responses
- Navigate multiple web portals and systems simultaneously to track and update orders
- Maintain accurate order and shipment information across relevant platforms
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong written and professional email communication skills
- Previous logistics, supply chain, order management, or coordination experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling high-volume email communication
- Strong data entry and order accuracy skills
- Comfortable working across multiple web-based portals and systems
- Able to work full-time during Chicago Time Zone (CDT/CST) hours
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (nice to have)
- Experience working with carrier and warehouse portals (nice to have)
- Retail vendor portal experience (nice to have)
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience (nice to have)
- Experience in transportation, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain operations (nice to have)
