Job Description
Customer Support Representative for Community Phone delivering customer support. Tracking concerns, upselling services, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Track customer concerns and identify trends
- Work cross-functionally to remove customer obstacles
- Ensure every customer has an extraordinary experience
- Understand why customers wish to cancel and work on solutions
- Listen for opportunities to upsell additional products and services
Requirements:
- Advanced command of the English language
- Calm under pressure and excellent rapport-building skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Skilled multitasker and excellent organizational skills
- Experience with Zendesk, Hubspot or similar technology
