Job Description

Technical Support Specialist at ecobee helping Smart Owners with technical issues through various channels. Engage in training to provide top customer experience in smart home technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and solve technical and non-technical issues through phone, email, and chat
  • Assist Smart Owners with installing ecobee devices and software inquiries
  • Provide guidance and knowledge about energy conservation
  • Ensure memorable experiences for Smart Owners during the first 8 weeks of paid training

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience is a must
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and effectively use various tools and systems
  • Ability to search for and find answers independently
  • Aptitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technology
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish language is an asset
