Job Description
Customer Support Representative assisting Polish-speaking clients with inquiries about luxury products. Ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high customer satisfaction in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about luxury products, order processing, and returns, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and luxury retail trends.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- Passion for luxury brands and high-end retail.
- Previous experience in customer support or retail is desirable but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
